Particularly in the context of commercial or industrial transactions and affairs, including underground storage tank matters, regulatory and permitting compliance, CERCLA, hazardous waste management, brownfield redevelopment, environmental site assessments, including baseline environmental assessments, and site cleanups under state and federal environmental statutes.

Day to day employment counseling in such areas as employee handbooks, employee supervision, counseling and/or discharge, anti-harassment (and discrimination) training, FMLA and ADA guidance and collective bargaining to business and public sector clients.
