Our firm provides individuals and private and public sector clients with advice and counseling on such matters as estate planning, business ownership, structure, management, and operations. John Teeples is also a State of Michigan certified mediator of legal, business and personal disputes. Acting as an outside general counsel to companies and public sector clients, we provide ongoing advice on issues within our areas of practice and select or recommend other highly qualified counsel for issues outside those areas of practice. This better assures our clients receive the best possible representation, as they are not limited to whatever talents may reside in one law firm, and that they receive only trusted, competent and cost efficient legal advice and service.
